How to use Global BootCamp!

So you’ve made the sensible decision to join the revolution, and you’ve downloaded the Mp3 to your computer, now what?

Next job is to add the file to your iTunes library (or whichever program you use!). Create a Global BootCamp Playlist and add your chosen tracks to it, now you’re all set to deliver your BootCamp.

Global BootCamp is based around a 6 exercise circuit (unless otherwise stated) and this circuit is repeated 4 times.

The total length of the workout is 25 minutes (you get an extra 30 seconds rest after Round 2 and Round 3)

In your session have your Camp warm-up (we’ll have License Free music for your warm-ups and cool-downs soon so be sure to join our Mailing List so we can let you know when), then you can demo your exercises, after that you hit Play on your iPod and all that’s left to do is motivate your members and check their technique.

Global BootCamp will tell you when to start, when to stop, how long you have left to work, how long your rests are, even when you reach the end of a round.
